“ Update I talked to Dani today with Pizza Hut and he did an amazing job of taking care of the situation, and restored my faith in the company as a whole!! He was amazing!!! The pizza had no cheese and barely any sauce. On top of that it was burned. When I talked to the manager on duty she at first refused to refund my money. Eventually, she did agree to do so after arguing with me about it for several minutes and refusing to give me anybody above her to speak to to resolve the situation. She did not have good customer service skills and has obviously not been trained and how to deescalate a situation. It was the most pathetic situational awareness of a retail manager Ive ever seen. instead of just agreeing right off the bat and apologizing and giving me what was a 16.68 refund off of a 60 transaction she wanted to argue and continue to escalate the problem.. ”
